Here's some information then: You're bringing up previous scandals. OF COURSE THERE WILL BE BITCHING.

Is it just me or does Sput remind you of the Shredder from the Turtles?

Bitching is for the main forum surely.

What I intended was this to be a FAQ for those, like myself, unfamiliar with the common terms and references used by the older members.

I have been viewing since 2004, a member since 2005, but wonder about the nuances of pre-2005 happenings.

That's not polite Jovis

I took my dates from what's on the right-hand side of my post, and abit from my head. I don't have a diary of events recorded somewhere.....that would be too weird!

Stu, as you might be aware I'm being nice this week. With that in mind, it's essential that I tell you this: everyone will be much happier if you be quiet right now.

Stu, please do not abuse the RTP system just because someone points out you're being tiresome and annoying.

Does anyone remember Nick Gilbert? (Seriously, this will change what you think of as chili). I remember he got in a huff with us and disappeared, so a few of us emailed Janice Long and got her to read out a dedication to him on her Radio 2 show. That was a special moment.

Also the Lee Stanley banana incident... I think my favourite part of that was when tvmercia (I think) posted an image from that with Anthony Alldritt's face preserving his modesty.

Them were the days... it ain't like it used to be.

Ahhhh, the forum at it's best there. I remember listening to a live hockey game he was commenting on once on Livewire Radio or whatever it was called, and he gave up halfway through.
