i'm not the sort of person that would really ever consider going to the gym or do anything like that - i think i've mentioned it before, but i love walking and exploring and i go for a random walk in my lunch hour during the week every day if i can and also at the weekends with the kids to give them some exercise - in the week i can do between 3-4 miles depending various things.
i've been recording my walks on endomondo since around august last year and amazingly, i've clocked up just over 1000 miles this week. until i started tracking my walking with endomonodo, i'd never really thought about how quickly or how easy or difficult it is to walk a particular distance, it's amazing actually how quickly you can walk if you want to - i think the most i've walked in a single day is about 9 miles, and i did feel that the next day.
so just wondering, do any of you guys use endomondo? any of you into walking?
i'm not a proper rambler or anything like that though, i just like exploring down hidden tracks and in woods to see what i can find.
