I know Les Ross is considered to be something of a legend in the West Midlands. But how can someone who's been on the radio for so long be so under-prepared, and sound so ill at ease on air? Not to mention be generally rude, arrogant and at times bordering on plain racist.

I've always found Hardeep Singh Kohli rather annoying, but I actually felt very sympathetic towards him listening to this.
