Basically the idea of this thread is you pick up on four things you did that you enjoyed, that you needed to do, those that were a good deed and those that were naughty but possibly nice. Just so that you go through the day thinking "yeah, I've enjoyed myself today" or "man, I got away with some serious shit today!" - no day is wasted.
Necessary: stopped my nose bleeding. Twice.
Fun: played several hands of internet poker.
Good for the ego: Offered to lend the chaps in work my Setanta box so they could watch the Calzaghe fight.
Bad for the soul: Started another annoying thread on Metropol.
I know it's early for some, but does anyone else wish to contribute to the thread?
Today I did something that was....
Necessary: Paid my phone bill
Fun: Watched Whose Line? on Dave
Good for the ego: Offered my dartboard for Finals Night next week
Bad for the soul: Replied to this thread.

Bad for the soul: Replied to this thread.

Necessary: Got something checked out that I needed to do and hadn't done due to fear/laziness until today.
Fun: Nothing yet but I've still got about seven hours...
Good for the ego: Ditto
Bad for the soul: Went back to bed and slept from 11.20 to 15.50.

Bad for the soul: Went back to bed and slept from 11.20 to 15.50.
Necessary: Did a Tesco shop and still managed to spend twice as much as I intended to. I have now realised the more people you bring with you, the more people like to place things in your trolley and casually promise to 'pay you back'.
Fun: Fed my worrying Bejeweled habit.
Good for the ego: Letting flatmates use my room as a storage container over the summer, so they don't have to try carry boxes of crockery back on flights to America.
Bad for the soul: Achieved new Ben and Jerry's consumption speed record, followed by equally record levels of self-hatred and woe.

Necessary:
Did all my laundry and then ironed it - except socks and towels as they don't need ironing.
Fun:
Touched 120mph along a deserted M4 on my way home from work this evening
Good for the ego:
Arranged a date with a young lady next week
Bad for the soul:
Bought a big hot bacon and egg baguette for lunch

Since I've only been awake for half an hour, how about I do this for yesterday?
Necessary: Went into uni.
Fun: Watched Boston Legal.
Good for the ego: Imparted my infinite wisdom to the two first-year economics classes I tutor on Fridays.
Bad for the soul: Ate half a bag of jellybeans... and now contemplating eating the other half. Mmmm. Jellybeans.
