Today i went to see a friends new house and i got to slide down the bannister several times. I haven't seen a staircase like it in years. I used to spend many a happy hour sliding down my nan and Grandads staircase ( it saved on polishing and dusting it). My mates house is not as big but it was fun none the less, i've named their bannister Roger. Apart from buying the Beano that was the most recent childishish thing i've done in years.

Hows about you lot. Have you done anythting recently that takes you back to your yoof or is there something childish you desire to experience again?

This and any other post posted by moi today is made under the influence i'm afraid. The Champers started going to my head about noon. The proper housewarming is on Saturday. Whooooooo!! Lots of stair sliding at the weekend.

Which is probably something you should've left on the "to do list" for 2050!

You clearly have a face for radio, but I hope your broadcasts have a better conversational technique than that response

There's also the email address to remember - 'DJ' James Martin? A bit pathetic really.

It's not like it'd start a trend of everyone calling themselves DJs for no good reason, is it?

I would imagine the owner/user of that email addy would quickly get rid of it if they knew of either your antics in here or your radio "career".
