Motorola KRZR
I'm thinking of asking for a new mobile phone for Christmas and came across this, which I read is sort of the next step up from the very nice-looking RAZR. I see there are two versions: the K1 and the K1m, though I'm not sure if you can get the latter here. Is one better than the other, or are they roughly the same?
Yes, and that's about all there is to it. I've not seen much of this new phone you're talking about, but from my past experience with Motorola and it's RAZR phone, if you've been a naughty boy this year you won't need to ask for it. It'll be there with the coal and the bad apples.bee bee see wrote:very nice-looking RAZR
These two links should explain what each phone does...
K1 and K1M
So can you actually buy the K1m in the UK? All I've seen via Motorola's website is the K1, and the same goes for the phone shops. If so, it's a shame that we don't get the music controls on the front, but then again the camera is sharper in the K1.
I had a Moto KRZR K1 on the Virgin network and have had to send it back. I have had nothing but problems with it. When you close the flap it rebooted itself, the 0 key came off (just snapped) and the outside screen flicked like mad. It was OK for everything else though. I would wait until they release the next version, possibly the K1i or K1x which are apparently due out in April. The K1i will be available on O2, Virgin, Fresh Start, Vodafone, Orange and T-Mobile whilst the K1x will be available on 3, Orange, O2 and Vodafone3G. Well, according to JAG mobile phones in Teignmouth!!
