Try eBay, but it can all go horribly wrong when laptop components fail.
You might be better increasing your budget to £350 and you can get a new Acer one.

http://www.laptopsandpcs.co.uk/refurbished_laptops.php has some under £200, but they're not particularly fast, whereas if you double your budget, you can get a brand new one with far better performance than you would on an older one.
