well given the undeniable success of tvforum watch, i think its about time we commence (drum roll please!) metropol watch.
now i am not suggesting metropol moderation is anywhere near as bad, but lets not let it get that way. because (for me personally) the freedom of expression allowed on metropol is the only reason i make the regular click across from tvforum.
i am somewhat surprised that jamez sees no problem with using his position to censor anything that relates to him. i am not in favour of attacks on jamez - but - for example:
http://www.metropol247.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3166
was neither offensive nor contrary to t&c.
i fear the situation could well escalate.

i would like to go on the record to say i am dismayed to see miss hellfire using the following avatar

in clear breach of the rules.

i know gavin is perfect, so he mustn't have noticed it or something. unlike the other place, i like to think the 'pol is free from favouritism and stuff.the rules wrote:Many forum based sites feature avatars - small pictures that accompany posts. I have removed the offending avatar.
I never quite know why Miss H wants anything other than her picture, as her pictures are always very nice.

I did, sweetie. Try hitting refresh.Sput wrote:Now Gavin, much as I admire your fairness of hand, you can't remove Lorns's without removing lobster's!
Yeah, I tried that, and someone said I looked too smug, so I removed it! And other photos are more embarrassing. One makes me look camp, one makes me look like I'm trying to look hard, and anything else makes me look fat.the rules wrote:Many forum based sites feature avatars - small pictures that accompany posts.
