Why is hardly anyone posting hilarious and interesting new topics/posts on here recently?

Is it because it's nearly summer, and Metropolians are strutting down their local high street in tight leather hotpants and fake orange tans?

Post more on MP247, otherwise James Martin will be sent round your house with a microphone and a van with his photo on the side "Martin's Music Mix"
or "Mmm" for short. Scary stuff, so bloody well post more, godammit. ;)

What IS it with you two? You seem to go around the forums holding hands always posting and replying to each other. And I'll not mention joint singing to the balloons..

I've quit Uni!

I'm now looking for a full time job in radio or telly land, but it's prooving fruitless so far. Bollocks.

The BBC won't employ me because I'm straight and can't be trusted with the female members of staff (fair comment, although I've seen some female BBC staff and I wouldn't touch them with bog brush).

I've sent off a couple of letters to 2 radio stations near me today begging for employment, so we'll see how that goes. I want to become like James Martin - the true savior of British radio!

Umm...other news...not really. I've got 6 weeks to pack my things and find a new house to live in as my landlord has said he will not be renewing my contract (probably because he happend to pull up outside my house while I was hanging out of the upstairs window having a sly ciggy and I was late paying the rent twice).

Umm..any other snippet of news from Proutworld? Umm...nope, not really. No girls currently in my bed, which is a shame. I think I've gone off sex. There's only so many times I can be bothered to charm their knickers off, and I'm getting bored of that now.

Ummm....and that's it!

You're just jealous that Mark has 2000 Today clean idents and stuff, and you're having to flog 20-year-old video cameras on eBay to make ends meet.

Oxfam! I wish... alas I've taken to following MDTA and using old Big Mac wrappers.

Why not apply at Radio Pembs... I'm sure they'd love to have ya. "Whats on in our county..." hehe.

Funny you should mention that. I see that the management are advertising on MUK for newsreaders to join them.

Three reasons why I would never ever go back there:

1. Management treat staff like shite.
2. A girl I had a fling with a couple of years ago now works there (she's probably one of the strangest and hard-to-work out people I've ever met)
3. It would mean moving back to west Wales, and that is something I am not prepared to do at all. It is the most boring place in the UK, coupled with the fact that everyone who lives there thinks that they're a cut above everyone else. Snobby scumbags.

No one is posting because they're all in that damned BBC Weather thread.

Nothing exciting happening here, Bail is trying to stop me from taking up smoking, erm... my lovely neighbour has come out of her short hibernation spell and is back to doing what she does best *rolls eyes*

I have a suggestion. I think we should all link up on MSN and have a massive conversation. Who knows, we could be entered into the book of world records for the biggest MSN conversation...
