Free one year of updates, my subscription to Norton AV ran out, and i stumbled across this - even found some things that snuck past norton av, and it uses a *lot* less memory.

This is generally Norton's behaviour.

"Ooh, a virus. I've found a virus but I'm not going to do anything about it."

Just one of the reasons why people don't use it, really.

SOME people don't use virus checkers on their main PCs.... but I think I've exausted that avenue now
