I've had the WinTV PVR 250 TV card for just over 18 months, and have had my VCR, DVD player and Satellite receiver plugged into it at various times. All have worked perfectly. However, I plugged my VCR into it yesterday by the same method (SCART-S-Video adapter, plus audio cables)but I do not get any picture in WinTV 2000. I tried the other appliances, and none of them worked, however, I do still have sound coming through. I decided to re-install all the drivers/applications from the Hauppauge website, but these have not solved the problem.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix it? Could it be something as simple as the S-Video lead going bust?

Make sure that it is tuned into S-Video component 1. Also, something could have gone bust or been setup wrong. Try connecting it using standard TV cable instead.
