Can someone tell me if when I make a DVD (which can play for 2hrs) will it matter if the video files are over the 4.7GB limit?
(i.e. when i make a music cd, it matters about the minutes, not the size of the files)
Thanks

well, when they are encoded and compressed they will obviously need to fit on the disk in their entireity. in their raw form, it won't matter, but you'll need to ensure that when you encode them they will fit on the disk.
