Word Document Problem (Carriage return)
Sounds to me like it's going to have to be done manually. Reminds me of people who post in forums thinking the text box works like a typewriter. The "Oh, I'm reaching the end of the line, best press return!" school of thought!"

"That one!"
yes, and for those who don't know - as i'm sure square eyes (a man of many talents) would tell you
you stick ^p in the find, and replace it with a single blank space
*suggests you all write that down for future reference*

The ones who do it on messageboards (DJGM for example) are the most annoying as a resized screen makes it totally buggered up.
I don't buy the argument "oh but I type it in notepad before hand" either, that's what word wrap is for.
"He has to be larger than bacon"
Indeed. I've always wondered why DJGM always adds loads of carriage returns at the end of his posts.Hymagumba wrote:writes it down for furture reference.tvmercia wrote:yes, and for those who don't know - as i'm sure square eyes (a man of many talents) would tell you

And yes, it does annoy me too. It works the other way as well - those who have high res monitors have some awfully wrapped text that doesn't stretch across the full width of the screen, and remains all squashed up on one side.
