Metrotwitter is a bit touchy tonight.

Have signed up - and gone for the celebrity whore route - to see who will follow me.
I think I know how they make money - they have companies follow you advertising their products - I had one follow me a few min after I joined advertising some on-line store for electrical s

I've only had a couple of spammy type followers, it's easy enough to block them.

I'm on a PC at the moment, and have been envious of Macsters being able to use twtterific.

After lots of searching I've found what I think is the best twitter client for PCs about.

Ah well I'm glad I picked the right one first time, I've been using Twhirl and have been quite happy with it, but wondered how it compared to some other apps of the same type.

I'm on Twitter - Gluben is my username there as well.

I tried Twitterdeck, which also used Adobe AIR, but it was overly complicated. Twhirl is nice as it just sits there and pings every now and then. Easy and clean layout, very nice.

Has fake cdd reclaimed the Metrotwitter booth? There's been nothing but non-sensical jibbering for the last bunch of non-@'d tweets.
