But the whole sequence is acted though, I'd rather watch the real reactions then see them pretending.

Well from the previous series, the Finale goes

"Hmm, it's a very difficult decision, you both have your talents, burble burble burble, hmm... A, you are X; B, you are Y.... hmm.... [suspense]"

Surely he only films that once, and it's just the

"A, you're hired"

and

"B, you're hired"

that are repeated? I don't think it's entirely acted, although the candidates' responses are probably not as genuine as they should be.

Umm, I'm not sure its "acting". Obviously they are told that one of the results will be used and are encouraged to behave as if each take is for real.

There's a lot of tension and raw emotion in the room at that point I expect, so what we see from the candidates is coming from a 'real' place. Acting is about drawing emotional recall from other experiences.

Read Uta Hagen's "A Challenge for the Actor" if you ever get a chance. She explains it better.

In conlusion it isn't 100% genuine, but I don't get the sense its fakery.

So who will crumble in the dreaded interview round tonight?

I think of all of the tasks seen in the Apprentice, that would be the one that scares me.

I watched the "Final 5" programme on Monday. Saw the chap I know in it but he either didn't speak or was edited out. Have to say, I might have changed my views on Helene. I think she might do well in the interviews, having been a corporate animal all those years.

I think the men might come off worst tonight - they usually do in this round, don't they?

The only thing that upsets me about this is that they will be unable to bitch at each other in the board room, so it probably won't be as interesting and entertaining as it usually is.
Ronnie is victorious, vivacious in victory like a venomous dog. Vile Republicans cease living while the religious retort with rueful rhetoric. These rank thugs resort to violence and swear revenge.

But Ronnie can punch through steel so they lose anyway.

I didn't get to see the programme tonight bar the last fifteen minutes, but still... what the fuck? TBH I'm not that sure that I want any of them to win, Lee or Helene are probably least worst.
