Painters? I didn't think buses got painted anymore? It's now a case of putting a sheet of plastic on the side of the bus and sticking the livery on.
That's why Southend buses have been given <camp> rather gorgeous </camp> pink gradients.

Lol, I couldn't find a picture of the new style. Both are in use though.
26 is similar but that is slightly more gold and has a heart on it. Presumably because it goes through the heart of the city. OK, i'm done...

I prefer the middle one with the more complex design myself. The new one looks old fashioned

Seeing as we're talking about Edinburgh here at the moment, how about a future possible Jenners -> House of Fraser rebrand? They've said it won't happen, but I think that was maybe just to stop the posh grannies choking on their afternoon tea and cakes.
