That's hardly a major concern for you after nearly a year, surely?

*guffaws*

That really is quite an incredible sense of humour you have there, Stuart.

I know, in the tedium stakes I do have a long, long, long way to go before even coming up to the kiddie padding pool of true mediocrity and pointlessness whilst you near enough drown in the Olympic size pool nearby so no, it isn't a concern but you got to watch yourself, that tedium can just claim you in a snap as you well know.

And why would that be of interest? Because - shock horror - they might just possess the ability of independent thought, and you want to know who it is so you can bully them into submission? Can't have someone thinking for themselves instead of following the clique now, can we.

Having found out who it is, I can safely say I was right, they do not.

Does PhpBB3 now enumerate voters' usernames with the poll count, then? It certainly wasn't the case with PhpBB2.

Must remember that. *remembers*

no, but i was nosy so had a poke around in the database and found out that way. suffice to say the other no voter probably misread the options/question and therefore their vote is invalid.

I was discussing this with Chie yesterday.

I was adamant that votes, passwords, PMs and the like were all beyond even the reach of a 'button pusher'. You proved me wrong!

passwords are encrypted, they're impossible to find.

polls are very simple to see votes for, and as I was in the database making sure I'd not missed any avatars I sneaked a look and saw the two users had voted for 2 in this thread. one was chie, the other an idiot.

pms are not simple, they're a clart, and the only reason I know how the PMs are saved is because I had to go in there when I fixed your unread message count back in january. believe it or not stu, i'm neither sad nor rude enough to go rifling through everyones PMs, mainly because i presume everyone elses PMs are as dull as mine.

having said all this, you're well aware that this site's technical side is under my control, and a major part of that is a database. so its interesting to note your concern over the concept of me being technically able to read your inbox... what exactly have you been sending to people?

Stuart, a "one-off vote look" is hardly the same as reading a PM.
