I've got one of those.
Well, it says Fusion on the back, but I still have to put petrol in the damn thing.
Should I take Ford to court for misleading me?

I'm not sure I understand you - in what way is the government greedy? What do you suggest they are doing with fuel taxes?
Pissing it away on bureaucracy.
Money from fuel duty and car excise duty is meant to go on repairing and building new roads. I drove from Southampton to London on the M3 in Hampshire yesterday and my goodness what a bumpy, poorly-maintained motorway that is! Dreadful.

Yes, I think so.
Powered like a Focus, but taxed like a Fiesta.
The best of both worlds!

I've always pictured Nick driving a Toyota Avensis.
Illusions. Shattered. Ford Fusion. Good Lord.

I thought Nick would have had a Bentley or a Jag. Perhaps an old Mark X...

I got a Ford Fusion as a courtesy car once while mine was being serviced.
It felt like a cross between a Ford Fiesta and the Popemobile.
Very practical though, I'm sure.

Yes, I might lend it out to my minion if he comes over on a visit.

We don't get the Fusion over this site of the world, so I'm just wondering how it's advertised. "Moves in mysterious ways" seems fitting.

It's German, fast and a pleasure to drive. Does about 55mpg on the motorway when it's left to drive itself in cruise control. Not so good on petrol around the winding, traffic-light ridden streets of Bath and Bristol, though!
