I have Norton Ghost 2003, if that's any use to you Gavin. It's a very useful program and certainly saves alot of fannying about with set-ups.Gavin Scott wrote:Just need to find a copy of Norton Ghost and I'm ready to rock n roll.
I would appreciate some help regarding my old PC (It's a Packard-Bell, bought in late 2005). First the power unit failed, after just 12 months, then last Christmas the motherboard failed (I suspect it's the motherboard). I simply went out and bought another base unit, connected my D drive with all my personal files, and I was back up and running within a couple of hours - albeit with Vista Home Premium instead of XP Home.
It seems a waste to ditch the old PC base unit. It's currently sitting in my spare bedroom which has become something of a "PC graveyard".
