Charlie Brooker is a thinking man's Jamez. I love him. Yes: Nathan Barley was awful. I liked the concept but the show was crap.

Who the hell is Nathan Barley?

I do like Charlie Brooker, he's brutally honest which is not neccessarily a common quality these days (except for AM radio).

It was a show written by Charlie Brooker and Chris Morris about a guy called Nathan Barley - a "Self actualising media node".

I don't think Brooker is like Luxton at all. Brooker is funny.

More accurately, people tend to laugh with Brooker, but only laugh at Luxton.

That's brilliant..

Sadly my only exposure to Mr Brooker has been via YouTube, as you can imagine a UK-specific show such as his would have limited appeal to an Australian audience (although the idea of the format isn't a bad one).
