He told me via PM, that one time, he'd used the word in a thread title and that Nick "practically held a gun to my head" requesting it to be changed, and felt I should receive similar treatment.
Without knowing the exact dates it's difficult to specifically reply to that one.

I suspect that Master Luxton had a pop either during 2000 or 2004 whilst I was seven days after chemo and, therefore, a bit 'down'.

He would have got a pretty nasty reaction at that time, which others who might have done similar things at different times would not have done.

The other option might be that I do have a tendancy to react more nastily to thick people than I do to people who exhibit the presence of a braincell or two.

The following excerpt is from Digital Spy:

GHOnline aka Luxton wrote:He must be sacked for this alone. CBBC presenters who do drugs do not deserve to be CBBC presenters.
Absolutely disgusting. So perhaps Simon should be banned from participating on forums with those under the age of consent, given some of the unproven accusations bandied around about him?

Of course that would be shocking and unthinkable - and yet he is demanding the end of a man's career without a shred of evidence.

Luxton I hope this post is brought to your attention. You need to think on.

Thing is, he gets just as many people calling him a complete idiot at DS. Only the mods there are overly sensitive and often delete those posts. He really is in a state of denial if he doesn't realise how many people think he's a ridiculous arse.

He's delusional. He believes he's a victim and completely fails to realise that forums are a stimulus/response setup. No one is putting gasoline through his letterbox they are responding to his illogical, stupid posts.

But when we disagree he cries "foul". Outrageous.

Does Simon Luxton have Down Syndrome? The photo on his website is not that of anyone who looks remotely normal. He's definitely got that Down Syndrome look about him.

Does Downs usually impede speech? AS WE KNOW JAMEZ, he's quite eloquent

I don't think DS impedes speech. Although the severity of the condition varies from person to person. If it's not DS, then it's definitely something else like Aspies or OCD.

The man's not normal. I've spoken to him on the phone.

To be fair, he did sound quite normal* on the phone

*aside from sounding like a middle-aged woman.

Hmm... to be fair, Andy, that would probably be quite normal up in Manchester, too. People with big heads and webbed fingers, people keeping horses in their living rooms etc.

Karl Pilkington told me ALL about Manchester!
