I'm more interested in the delicious range of sauces produced by faded High Life Connoisseur, Loyd Grossman. As far as I'm aware, James Martin doesn't produce any good sauce :(

I must admit to being a fan of Loyd's curry sauces, his balti one is a particular favourite of mine.

Apparently I had a telepathic warning from him yesterday after one of my posts was deleted by him. So I've now officially had two warnings.
I presumed you were clever enough to have taken the hint after the first post was deleted. Now stop trying to take this thread off topic, people want to talk about this chef without interruptions.

I once met the chef, James Martin, and found him to be exceptionally arrogant and rude.

His father on the other hand, who I once worked with, was very pleasant.

I asked him what he was doing to his eggs, he replied "cracking!"

He was a guest at Jody Schekter's small holding in Overton, Hampshire for an open day... wasn't impressed by the guy, seemed a bit of a twat to be honest.
