I chose rock but like others said indie\alternative.

I also like dance although this is a select period (1989-1995) which IMO was the best era before it turned into samples all of the time.


Although to be honest it's a case of how good it sounds rather than genre with me. Anything from 1985-1995 & 2000-2001 weren't bad years for music either, but that was mainly due to listening to "Virgin FM" at that time period

I have quite an interest in African music to be honest, I like all the different types of sounds from South Africa like the old "township pop" guitars etc. I also like the sound that these old choral groups make; it's quite soothing at times.
