The Christmas Tree Thread

Well given that due to metrotwitter I intend to tear the thing down, stamp on it and burn it and then go around smashing every bit of Christmas I see, I thought I might as well post photos of my tree first so we can all mourn the Christmas that could have been.

I'm a bit traditional - I leave getting a tree until at least the second week of December, so I'll probably put mine up on 11/12th. I think 1st December is a bit too early, especially for a real tree.

We've gone for the Christmas Metropol colour scheme this year, also included the normal footer pattern in the curtains. We've called our slightly demonic-looking fairy Tipsy Tina this year, due to her lopsidedness. It was that or Twinkle Tits.

we got a real tree this year from a really nice local farm shop. our house smells lovely and christmassy now.

Here at Francis towers, there will be no Christmas tree again. 5 years in a row now. Just can't be arsed.
