Now we're up that end of the keyboard, what the phuque is SysRq for, and has anyone ever used it?
We all use Alt & PrintScreen, I expect, but what's the other half of the key for?

Now I read into this one, and apparently it dates back from dumb terminals and mainframes, where you would need to request some time on the system, as in System Request. I guess keyboard makers are too scared to remove it JUST IN CASE.Nick Harvey wrote:Now we're up that end of the keyboard, what the phuque is SysRq for, and has anyone ever used it?

Tesco. A highly successful BRITISH company, I really can't stand people that moan about them.
Phone Masts. "Not in our neighbourhood". THEN DON'T USE A MOBILE PHONE.
People that live near airports and oppose all expansion. Probably the same sort of people that tut and moan at any sort of delay.

I have friends and family that just love to walk around grave yards reading the headstones. Apparently at Longleat you can have tea and scones among the dead.
To me that is just creepy!
Apologies if i bought this back on topic

Mental anxiety, Mental breakdowns, Menstrual cramps, Menopause... Did you ever notice how all our problems begin with Men?
When people use the word 'historical' in a context where they actually mean 'historic'.
It's annoying.
When people use the word 'broadcasted' instead of 'broadcast'.
That's annoying as well. You wouldn't say 'he casted his fishing net...' for example, so why some people appear to think 'the show was broadcasted live...' makes any sense is beyond me.

The Coors Light Ad in the snow, whats the word at the end? Drives me up the wall not knowing it, is it even a word?

If he casted his fishing net, it would land in the middle of the river and then float off down stream.
