The Official Manbag Thread
Now in my Manbag...
Laptop
Laptop charger
USB phone charger
Rail Pass
Oyster Card
Staff ID card
Wallet
Pen and Post-Its
Headphones for aforementioned phone
Mini can of deoderant
Mini bottle of Marc Jacobs
Blank CDs and DVDs
USB memory key thingy
Subway vouchers (which expired last year)...
I never bought into the manbag / satchel trend. I've always used backpacks. Problem is that nowadays manbags are so popular in the shops it's hard to find a decent backpack.
A folder
Little Brown Umbrella
At least one bottle of water
Lip balm
Toothbrush and toothpaste (I take them everywhere with me just in case)
Mp3 player and headphones
Spare batteries
Two rape alarms
A pen
And occasionally my laptop bag with more stationery in it than WH Smith.

But I want you to know if anyone says it, I'll ban them immediately.
Try travel shops, they have small backpacks that are well made and well-priced. I assumed manbag == backpack in this thread anyway.Chie wrote:I never bought into the manbag / satchel trend. I used to have a lovely hand-stitched Diesel backpack. It was so 'me'. But by the time it fell to bits, the whole satchel thing had taken over and the backpack had been discontinued, meaning I wasn't able to buy another one.Sput wrote:Try travel shops, they have small backpacks that are well made and well-priced. Here's my current bag.
