Glass houses, thank you.
If you are going to post, back it up with facts.

By facts I consider any post over a year old irrelevant. In fact, lets make it within the last 6 months.

How do you know which comment I made my reaction to? It was Chie's general attitude I made my silly-attempting-to-be-humerous comment about. I didn't tell him to shut up, I didn't make any specific nasty comments. If you knew me, you'd know that's the kind of thing I'd say.

And besides (some areas of Birmingham aside) we've moved beyond cannibalism, so my comment was hardly practical.

Let's move on, I'm bored with this. I've got more important things to do.

Put that back into context and you will see it was relevant.

The topic was airports miles away from London calling themselves "London XXX Airport".

EDIT: and it was said in humorous effect.

A post made for humerous effect being seen as something it's not? Never!

The Birmingham arts festival the other week was actually pretty good - which I saw a tiny bit of.

Anyway, on TVF, I thought the front page was meant to cycle through ident images every so often. That Independent Television strike screen is giving me a headache. I know if you click on it it takes you to a topic, but I'd really like to see ident stills back on there. Can we write a strongly worded letter to TVF POV?

I agree, the idents aren't cycling. Grr.

I think we can safely say that despite Asa's best intentions, his website is, to quote Seven of Nine, not operating at peak efficiency.

Oh... I thought I was being all smart by thinking the strike caption was up as a witty reference to the anniversary of the 1979 strike and that after the three month were up we'd see a wonderous "Welcome Back to ITV" ident. Clearly I was wrong.
