My garden has been like a council tip for the last couple of years. During a recent de cluttering i had to halt proceedings as i found bees had built a nest among some old pallets at the back of my shed ( i'm not brave enough to disturb them again to get a pic). I do believe they are hunny bees ( good ole google).
Not only do i have Bees i also have a hedgehog who has nested under my shed nursing her babies.

As much as i'd love a well manicured garden to look at, the magic of nature in my unkempt garden is beautiful.

we had a similar problem when replacing an old shed with a new shed, in the same place. some bees had built a big nest underneath. i believe we just left a hosepipe running for a couple of hours to humanly move them on. worked a treat.

If you follow the above advice remove the hedgehogs as you risk drowning them

I have a couple of hedgehogs I regularly see running around the patio at around 11pm each night.

I also have an 'indestructible' bird feeder which squirrels always manage to rip open like a tin of sardines. When they're not stealing birdies nuts, I often have a woodpecker feeding on it.

The strangest things I've had in my garden were a family of ducks, and a BMW...

I want to keep the bees. I'm going to get a bee box and a bee keeper to move them into their new home. My little Bee family has inspired an idea for a new tattoo but that's another story.

That was my first thought too.

A search of the car revealed a copy of Boyz Only magazine and a CD of BBC News themes.

He tends to spend most of his time sitting in lay-bys now because you should only ring the BBC Travel Centre "when it's safe and legal to do so".

I've got a Mummy duck and ducklings wondering around the front of the house now. Hopefully they won't turn into cat food.

They're sheltering under a bush from the rain now. Chucking it down.

I'm currently spending my days protecting the local wildlife from my cat, he is a killing machine, he has killed Rabbits, Birds, Mice, (just yesterday when I went to feed him a mouse ran out of his mouth). He hasn't though copped on to the birds nesting inside the shed, so I won't be letting him into the shed methinks.
