Last night, top teen star Lady GaGa's new music video was leaked online. It was reported in the news that Lady GaGa wanted to stage a "Princess Diana style car crash in a tunnel", but this was rejected by her managers. However, after seeing the video, it seems the car crash may have been better, because it actually has a clear message about the paparazzi. Instead, the 8 minute video features a confusing message about a controlling boyfriend.
Now, I like the song, and I am a fan of Lady GaGa, but I think this video goes a little too far. Remember, Lady GaGa's fans are becoming increasingly younger as she becomes ever more dominating in the music scene.
Watch the video at http://www.zshare.net/video/606443394e9d41c7. What di you think, too far, or just another music video?
Has she gone too far?
I have never heard of Lady GaGa, nor do I care that I haven't. I also have no desire to see her latest video, though no doubt Channel 4 have scheduled it somewhere as a "video exclusive". It either tells me that I'm old which makes me unhappy (though I don't think this is the case, as I never have been interested in such things), or tells me that it is a good thing that I couldn't give a flying french fancy about some random girl who happens to be flavour of the month in Heat magazine, but who doesn't affect my life in any way.
I know. I'm not a proper gay. It's something I'm quite proud of.

My first and only encounter with this GaGa individual was overhearing a really good looking lad on the bus saying, "I heard she's actually a man - but I still would".marksi wrote:I have never heard of Lady GaGa, nor do I care that I haven't. Which I found quite erotic.
That makes me a proper gay.

I dislike Lady GaGa not because her songs have become the latest must-have-backing tracks for EVERYTHING at the moment, but because she uses the word "GaGa." That phrase is copyright Roger Taylor 1985/6. All rights reserved in John Deacon's hairstyle and 1 million clapping extras.
I haven't got a place to say it but SHE'S STEALING FROM ME, me being Queen and ergo Radio Ga Ga (two words sonny, not one) and most of the reason why she has a career singing right now.
I dislike her also but what does James H, the stage queen, think? Let's find out in his column...

I'm not sure whether or not it makes me a 'proper gay', whatever that is, but I actually quite like Lady Gaga. There's something very individual about her which puts her apart from all the other pop at the moment.
And I love this performance. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kuUieuT8QMo
Thank you please.

She doesn't strike me as unique at all, in my opinion she's quite the opposite.Whataday wrote:I'm not sure whether or not it makes me a 'proper gay', whatever that is, but I actually quite like Lady Gaga.
