Two posts and you already think you can mock God?!
Regrettably deference to long standing posters on forums does seem to be dead.
Indeed! Defer, defer, to the Lord High Executioner! He'll know what I mean.
Ronnie is victorious, vivacious in victory like a venomous dog. Vile Republicans cease living while the religious retort with rueful rhetoric. These rank thugs resort to violence and swear revenge.

But Ronnie can punch through steel so they lose anyway.

I don't know, but the photo of you wearing a blue dress and a robe that Sput posted yesterday was rather funny.

I always thought Nick looked more like Sir Richard Attenborough than the Rolfster.

Rolf Harris CBE, Sir Richard Attenborough, at least we're heading in the right direction at last.

I was named after a little hawk.

Whether it was a noble bird or not I really couldn't say.

I'd take it as a compliment, Gav. A hawk is one with:

"a high visual acuity, hunting by sudden dashes from a concealed perch"

I'm sure that's rather fitting in view of your role on here. :D

I am named after my Dad, much to the consternation of my Mum, who wanted to name me after someone else. I'm pleased my Dad won that argument knowing the option; I suspect it's the only one he did win!

Being named after a playwright would be no bad thing; but the forename she wanted was also used as the name of an unseen character in 'Keeping Up Appearances'. I don't think my Mum was a wannabe Hyacinth before her time, but needless to say, I am happy with the name I have.
