I've no wish to reopen the discussions in question, so for good order I will not name names. Suffice to say it's a fair time ago and not recent. Had the subject not been generally raised in this thread I'd have left it alone.

Ah yes, Billa in Venice.
That recap was for those who have joined late, having just been redirected from the 'Pressing Question' thread.
Whilst we're on new avatar pictures, why does cdd now look like Bill Gates in his youth? That's Bill's youth, not cdd's youth, by the way.

no hymagumba, it was because u were slaggin people off, remember "it_is_here" (andrewworth on the tv forum), he is my son, and i was livid when you called him gay , i did even consider going to the police after you calling my son gay. unfortunatly thats apperently not breaking the law (don't drag me in to all the law rubbish).Hymagumba wrote:
So what are our problems. Well first of all, we have a 25% bounce rate, that is, a quarter of new visitors who come on our site, leave, instantly. I suspect this was due to the crap homepage scaring people away.
So Hymagumba, if you were a bit nicer to people, then perhaps people would visit more.
Funniest post I've read all day!adw2007 wrote:no hymagumba, it was because u were slaggin people off, remember "it_is_here" (andrewworth on the tv forum), he is my son, and i was livid when you called him gay , i did even consider going to the police after you calling my son gay. unfortunatly thats apperently not breaking the law (don't drag me in to all the law rubbish).Hymagumba wrote:

I don't know of your son, or the incident you mention, but with an attitude like yours I doubt if he is gay, he would feel able to tell you.
No he's not gay, i am P%$*&D off becuase of hyma calling my son gay when he's not. And for NO APPARENT REASON!wells wrote: Funniest post I've read all day!

How would you know that and why get so worked up about a comment on an internet forum?adw2007 wrote:No he's not gay, i am P%$*&D off becuase of hyma calling my son gay when he's not. And for NO APPARENT REASON!wells wrote: Funniest post I've read all day!

Such a comment wont turn your son gay, if he isn't.
I concur, wells. adw2007 sounds like a scary dad. I bet he's even less fun than a night out with Hyma (and that's something reserved for very bad nightmares)!wells wrote:I don't know of your son, or the incident you mention, but with an attitude like yours I doubt if he is gay, he would feel able to tell you.
I notice he doesn't mention whether he would be concerned if his son was actually gay, which would of course dispel any suggestion that he was in the slightest bit prejudice.

my son is not gay beacuse he has a girlfriend. (Thats cleared up)wells wrote:How would you know that and why get so worked up about a comment on an internet forum?adw2007 wrote:No he's not gay, i am P%$*&D off becuase of hyma calling my son gay when he's not. and i do not find some stupid little prat from dundee going round, telling people that they are gay for no reason acceptable
and btw Stuart Plymouth, i am fun on a night out (when i'm not babysitting the youngest)
Statistically speaking, if you call someone gay on TVF (or particularly metropol), odds are you're right.
That's not going to have happened, but only because those things are very unlikely to have ever started in the first place.wells wrote:Remember why you stopped enjoying Michael Barrymore as an entertainer, the music of Elton John and stopped respecting Mark Oaten as a politician?adw2007 wrote: my son is not gay beacuse he has a girlfriend.
