It's called a wallet. The cleverly designed 'credit card sized' driving licence can be slotted in for daily use if you require age verification. You will also find that it holds your credit/debit card and some cash too! They come in handy for shopping.
I'm going to be very arrogant and ask: does the c. 500 word post above not imply that I have already given significant thought to all card-related matters, in quite a lot more detail than you have, and that in my thought, if a large wallet were to solve my problem, I would have stumbled across one after five years of using cards?

[See, I can be patronising too!]

I'm not much of a Loyality card person, I do have a Tesco Keyring clubcard, but thats my dads so I do use it when I ever venture into Tescos. The only one I religiously use is my Morrisons Miles card, swipe every time you fill up and after about £300 or so of spending at the Forecourt, you get £5 back in store, which isn't too bad.

I use my Tesco Clubcard religiously - know how to work the system, and use every points coupon on big things like wine, and it pays off. I'm currently at £120 worth of points for Christmas, aiming for another £20 worth by then. Quadruple these as Deals and that's a little under 500 quid off any one of a number of things - jewellery, a holiday, etc. Not half bad...

Ah, but I bet that's only a fraction of what you could have earnt if you had done it with sufficient obsession.

See the problem I face?
