Xbox 360 and Dell

Does anyone know if an Xbox 360 will connect to a Dell flatscreen?

I need to buy a Xbox and a screen for it but have noticed that you can get larger, better looking and cheaper Dell monitors than you can flat screen TVs in places like John Lewis or Currys.

It would depend on the monitor's inputs. If the screen only has VGA or DVI then you'll need to buy the 360's VGA cable (it's how I have mine hooked up atm and it's lovely) - but if it has HDMI or component then you'll be able to connect it using the cables that come with the Xbox (HDMI only with newer SKUs)
