Silly silly Nini. He can just turn water into wine, actually with todays water bills it would probably be cheaper and less effort to get it from oddbins. Unless Mr nick has a water butt in his garden of eden in which case he can turn gallons of this summers rainwater into plonk. Now theres a bloke i'd like to spend a weekend on the sauce with.Nini wrote:Holy entities don't require money... unless they're buying bottles of Cotes du Rhone, then it's very handy.

Just stumbled across this thread and forum, so thought I'd add this...
It'll be interesting to see what happens where I am. The town I live in (all 5ish square miles of it) already has four small Co-ops - 2 of them within 400 yards of each other - and a slighly bigger Somerfield (as well as a relatively big Sainsbury's). It'll be interesting to see which former Co-op they have to sell - they'll definately keep the Somerfield as it's right in the town centre.
Saying that, the Somerfield was recently rearranged so 3 and a bit ailes were given over to Woolworths - be interersting seeing what happens to that arrangement...

Indeed I wonder what it'll be like when there are places which are overrun with Co-Op's and Somerfields. In my town we have 3 Somerfields, luckily in 2 of them they have no Co-Op's near them at all, but theres one in an area called Penketh on the main road to Widnes, and basically theres a Somerfield and a Co-Op seperated by a Dual carriageway, so it'll be interesting to see which one they keep, interestingly the Somerfield there used to be a KwiK Save.
Actually went in Somerfield for the first time in ages today, Pepsi 2L was 72p, where as I've been buying it in Morrisons for £1 for the last couple of weeks....
