My mate Steve said the google camera car drove past him as he sat outside a pub in Edinburgh. That was a couple of weeks ago.
Are they going to remove people by default, or only if there are complaints? It would be quite cool to see someone I know on the maps.

Seen the Google camera car a few times in the last couple of weeks in and around Belfast. It also drove past my house about 3 or 4 times in the one afternoon!
I saw the Google car in Bristol about three days ago!
I was waiting at traffic lights on the roundabout next to Ikea and Tesco and it drove past. Covered in Google livery with a big four-way camera thingy mounted on the roof. I think there's a very good chance that me sitting in my car is going to appear on Google!

I thought they airbrushed out BMWs because BMW won't pay them for the advertising.Jamez wrote:I think there's a very good chance that me sitting in my car is going to appear on Google!

I'm thinking about applying a filter to most of Jamez's posts for the same reason.Nick Harvey wrote:I thought they airbrushed out BMWs because BMW won't pay them for the advertising.Jamez wrote:I think there's a very good chance that me sitting in my car is going to appear on Google!
