We have an A3 photosmart 8750 - had it a few years and use it to produce our own posters for our infimous club night in Manchester.
It has recently started ignoring the black ink when used on photo paper and using the colour inks to create what can be described as something resembeling but not quite black... which is annoying as we do 98% black coverage borderless on photo paper.

I am not stupid - done various cleaning calabrations and have even chaged the cartrage. We have always used genuine HP cartrages...

In dispair I emailed HP support -bunch of twats...

Will psot the reply once I get home but they basicaly said
"we believe you want to know how to check if the ink is empty."

I clearly said I have changed the cartage and its still being ignored by the printer...

I have posters to produce GURRRRRRR.

I can add Nokia Customer Support to the "incompetent" category.

I bought a phone from Carphone Warehouse. Big sticker on the box - "Three Months Voice navigation included". It wasn't.

Carphone Warehouse said they didn't know anything about it and to contact Nokia.

Emailed Nokia. They replied asking for the IMEI number of the phone. I sent it to them.

They replied by suggesting the licence was pre-installed and explained how to find it; I looked but it wasn't installed.

I emailed a reply again telling them this. They replied by asking for the IMEI number, which was contained in the email they sent me.

I replied telling them this. They suggested the licence was pre-installed and explained how to find it. Again.

I explained that it wasn't installed. Again.

They' ve just replied, asking for the IMEI number.

Wankers.
