Here's one for you.. (yes, could be worded a bit less like drive by spam but I'm pleased with the results)

I remember all these long-since departed confections, but I don't really remember them being that good. All the ones I really enjoyed (and therefore bought) as a kid I still occassionaly buy today.
Can't really go wrong with a twix or mars bar.

Actually you can go badly wrong with both of those, twixes taste of cheap chocolate and caramel and mars bars taste like milky way's except sweeter and make me feel sick. Same goes for kitkats which are cheap and biscuity, and the similar Time out bar. I used to like Crunchie's but they just taste revolting now.Gavin Scott wrote:Can't really go wrong with a twix or mars bar.
Not that I'm not fond of the odd bit of nostalgia. I do like caramacs (and despite what I say above the Caramac kitkats were rather nice, as were the lemon and lime kitkats), Bounty is perfectly tolerable, and I am VERY fond of Reese's Pieces (all types) though it's hard to find. I do like Snickers too although to a lesser extent than Reese's Pieces.
For more information about the sweet preferences of CDD, please purchase the book, available at all good retailers.
You've never EVER been so wrong, cdd. It's ALL wrong apart from the bounties.cdd wrote: - twixes taste of cheap chocolate and caramel

Oh gosh! When i was a kid i remember wagon wheels being huge and delish. When i last had one, which was yonks ago. They were really small and tasted proper rank.
I'm glad the statistics are that wagon wheels are 16% smaller not my gob being 16% larger.
