Sorry, but Pri to me says Pry-mark - like Primary and Prime.

It's not me who decided it was called Preemark. That's what the company called itself!

I was just thinking to myself that it was the poor messenger who was getting both barrels of the twelve-bore emptied in his direction.

They'll be blaming you for the dreadful telly programmes next!

Much in the same way I say McDonalds with a silent P.

And I blame you for Echo Beach Grindon. It's all your fault. You only have yourself to blame. Ha Ha.

Thats how its always pronounced on the Radio adverts, everyone I know says it as Pry-(Pri-)mark.

As for Primark itself, I don't mind cannot really complain about the value and it's good for basics. Although I try to go as little often as I can, as it's usually mad busy and can easily get lost as is the case of their Manchester store, although they opened a new store in Liverpool and it's better organised but still mad busy.

Agreed, which makes it even worse that they're closing the one on Princes Street. It's set to be disposed of when the rest of the Arcadia shops move into the old M&S womenswear shop further down the street. Happening imminently according to the signage.

So it's either a trip to the rather disappointing Ocean Terminal (I always hold out hope, then I get there and realise it's still rubbish), or buy something shiny from Topman. Always shiny clothes in there.

They had a whole lot of things for Christmas. A lot for the faaaammmilllleeeeeeeeee.

You Tube is shit. Thousands of videos of people putting mints into Diet Coke and not a single one of the Primark Christmas advert from the 1980s. Pah.

If you find the advert I want a copy to prove a point!
We used to get stuff for school at Primark and Dunnes Stores
