Does anyone know anything that will successfully convert real files into flash EASILY?

My computer just barfed having converted it into 3gp but then was unable to get it from 3gp into flv.

Is it possible to do this in one step rather than fifteen? I want rid of real off my machine forever.

I think EOVideo is the thing I used to use, I've given up on real player entirely now though.

What have they done to RealPlayer? I downloaded the basic RealPlayer v.11 to my new PC last month and it's a load of shit! I have 100s of .ram files on my 2nd Hard Disk which now play in very low quality. I was gutted at the thought of having to ditch them all as useless, but perhaps this convertion program is a solution.

Phnar, what do you mean "done"? Surely it's been shit since version 3 so can't really get much worse beyond reducing quality.... Ah, see what you did there.

I tried 11 last night too, it was HORRENDOUS.

Oddly however this morning I'm having visions of Nick Harvey in a cowboy hat and myself as a fisherman. Could anyone suggest a reason why this could be?

You may want to try http://www.media-convert.com - if you're trying to convert in bulk it probably won't be the most efficient way, but it seems to work for most format-to-format scenarios, not that I'd completely trust it with some of my more sensitive transcoding needs. The .rm input profile seems to work with .rmvbs as well.
