Pasta goes with just about anything. I seem to recall that a former Housemate survived on pasta and baked beans, and it never seemed to do her any harm - although the vodka she washed it down with probably did in the end :?
I had a friend who used to live on one crappy microwave lasagne a day. He spent the rest of his time sleeping - but then he WAS a History student.

I was behind a family at the checkout in Sainsbury's this afternoon who had filled their trolley with just about every reduced-price item they could get their fat fingers on.

At first I thought they must be having a party or running a Bed & Breakfast until I noticed the yellow stickers on everything. I'm sure a dozen eggs reduced from £1.92 to just 10p is a bargain, but to get 9 boxes with a use-by date of 8 Jan 08 doesn't lend itself to a very balanced diet for the next 6 days (even if they have a huge family that like omlettes).

I'm sure alot of it could go in the freezer, but even then there is a time limit on how long it's safe to keep. I'm not sure I would want to be defrosting mince pies at Easter

Each to their own though ;)

or, you could make some food that doesn't sound shit. If this is what you eat it might explain why you're such an arse

Cheesy Beano: I'm starting to think it just a Scottish thing:

Carry on barcode. I'm liking the sound of the consequences.
