Shurley there's no law against using the morrisons colours with current metro logo.

Depends whether the green 'M' in a yellow circle happens to be a registered trademark of Morrisons. From memory the 'M' was the same (or at least similar) font as their logo, there's some related T&C waffle at http://www.morrisons.co.uk/Terms-and-conditions/

This new look would be so much better with maybe a hand-written logo and if the notebook in the background wasn't crooked.
