Like lunchtime at my salon is one of the busiest times of the day, so we have our lunches after 2. The one who has a 3pm lunch misses the afterschool rush. I usually eat on my feet or run on empty.
The best time to call is when the line opens first thing in the morning or get your revenge by trying to get through just before they're due to go home. I've succeded doing this once and its great fun being really awkward.

never try to call BT from your mobile when you have a problem, only an idiot would do that * whistles*
Mental anxiety, Mental breakdowns, Menstrual cramps, Menopause... Did you ever notice how all our problems begin with Men?

Gah - BT.

They're fooking terrible for customer services - I was on hold for 4 hours the other day, and all I wanted to do was set up a direct debit. Apparently, each of the 5 people I spoke to couldn't do it.

Fired off an email to the chairman, got a response within half an hour apologising, and then a phonecall from the chairman's office a wee bit later and it was all sorted.

Go go consumer power! :D

I've started to notice this too: it's getting harder and harder to get companies to take my money!

If you feel the need to give it away in order to enhance your life experience then I am a willing recipient.

If I wanted a load of hot air I'd try and pay my electricity bill!

You're wrong, cdd. My gas heating only makes warm walls. I heart my convection heater.
