I'm not sure I approve of that one. I mean, essentially you're quoting something abstract which is cheating. I mean, if you're willing to quote removed, uncontextualised "had"s, you can add as many had's as you like (I mean "had had" (quotes incl.) is abstract anyway, so why not "had had had had"?)

It reminds me of the tiresome palindrome, "An alien landed on earth, announcing in an unkown language:Egaugnal nwoknu na ni gnicnuonna, htrae no dednal neila na".
