I thought all he ever did was carefully and obliquely refer to previous posts, thus giving an impression, but without ever actually saying anything specific.

I think the original mention of "legal matters" only came from a soderator from another place, so the reliablility of that information has to be seriously questioned.
He said sumfing about not knowing much about english law ( he's not on his own there). So my brain has gone into overdrive.

Anyhoo. Nick! You turn coat!
The original post was:
...I couldn't possibly comment.

Being unfamiliar with english law I'm not clear on when I will be allowed to make a statement on the matter, but I'm hoping at some point over this weekend or the beginning of the week.

Suffice to say you will be shocked by what we have learned.

he mentioned he was unfamiliar with english law. So am I.

Nothing was implied either way.

That is something you'd have a VERY great deal of difficulty in proving.

The consistent nature of my opinions is something I've been famous for for the best part of seventy years.

Because you've never used it properly?
No, it's because Mac OS X thinks it's fun to delete a whole bunch of data and System Preferences haxies randomly.

Thanks, Crapple.

I've never had that happen, perhaps you're using it wrong ;) It's a little bit anecdotal to apply to the entire OS, don't you think?

I like to call it a Crapple Crack-and-toss.

Isn't that something Pete Doherty was involved in?
