Did Mr Scott, the Scot, ever actually say anything at all about "legal matters", or similar?
I thought all he ever did was carefully and obliquely refer to previous posts, thus giving an impression, but without ever actually saying anything specific.
I think the original mention of "legal matters" only came from a soderator from another place, so the reliablility of that information has to be seriously questioned.
