Without going into a tutorial about why i started this thread. I thought i'd cut to the chase and ask a straight question.

What is so friendly about friendly fire?

Nothing at all.

Since you clearly still end up on a slab in the morgue it's not very "friendly" to have your last thought being that it was your own side that put you there. The only comforting thought may be that you know your own guns/bullets/tanks/bombs actually work though!

It means bullets fired by colleagues or allies as opposed to those from your enemy.

A more appropriate name may be "American fire".

Are you having a breakdown?

At least 9 threads (most of them fairly pointless) started by you in the last couple of days. I'm slightly concerned, me dear.

I hate these goodbyes. My brother in law is of to Afghanistan on Tuesday. I wish these wars would end soon. I was hoping his bit was done and dusted after he got back from Iraq. Its not the enemy i worry about, its him working alongside the Yanks i worry about.
