No, this is not one of my sick fantasies. If you came across someone standing on the edge of a building wanting to commit suicide, and they had a note attached to them, would you be tempted to push them off yourself?

Could you please take your morbid topics elsewhere. Metropol is a place for colour, synergy, a diverging convergence, thinking outside the box... not this sort of nonsense.

So buried or cremeted is fine, or even James Martin (that chef). It's meant to be light hearted

In that scenario, would you be prosecuted for murder or assisting a suicide?

Does the note say "Please don't push me: I'm simply admiring the view"?
Tough luck springs to mind :P

Oh, i never thought of that Katnap. If you got caught, you could claim that you fell over and knocked him by mistake, although i dont think that would hold up, literally. It would be assisted suicide then, i'd just blame it on cdd

I have a more interesting question. If you came across someone endlessly trolling away on an internet forum with inane drivel, and they had a note attached to them saying "BAN ME, I'M A TROLL", and you had a button underneath this person's username saying "Ban this user", would you be tempted to push said button?

Jumping off a tall building must be one of the worst ways to die.

If I was going to end it all, it would be with a lot of alcohol and prescription drugs.

You will no doubt be fascinated to know that I recently watched a movie entitled Mr. Death: The Rise and Fall of Fred A. Leuchter, Jr.

Apart from the fact that all the interviewees appear to be slightly insane Americans, you will be fascinated to know that the electric chair causes a human to lose consciousness in only a fraction of a second. However it takes several minutes to actually complete the death.

Also, it is apparently much more humane for an inmate being killed by lethal injection to be given a choice of television programs or a CD selection to die to.

All in all a very disturbing movie, with a flimsy holocaust-denial documentary subplot thrown in. You'd like it!

Contrary to your misguided belief about me, I'm not morbidly fascinated with death or the final journey which takes you there.

However, I do see the comedy value in it - hence why you should keep watching this space for further information in the near future.

Yes, they do use sterilised needles because a phonecall might come through giving the prisoner a reprieve after the needle has been placed into the arm.

They also make electric chair prisoners wear special nappies. Apparently the old bowels don't like being blasted with 1000 volts.
