Not all of them - some believe the text seen in the modern Bible is in fact a sort of simplified version for the audience of the time, or that the 'days' mentioned therein are symbolic representations of thousands or millions of years.
In other words, they lie. And/or bend the words on the page to fit their deluded arguments.
