Rucking Fandom PC Problem

Well, my wireless problems are now solved, thank christ. But now, I have a very strange problem, in which my computer refuses to load certain services, like eBay UK and Windows Live Messenger. I can access these on my laptop, and only occured during when I was watching Youtube videos (also something else I can't access). I've reset the PC several times, and performed a System Restore, which did bugger all to help me?

What the hell is going on?
