Now that the SNP are as good as at the helm of Scotland and are likely to hold a referendum north of the border regarding devolution, should we, the good members of Metropol in England and Wales, have to put up with being governed from Edinburgh?
What, if any, are the advantages of the Metropol Union?
Should we break away completely or, possibly, have our own assembly of moderators and just leave Gavin in charge of defence?
The answers to these and many more questions.......................
Devolution for Metropol England and Wales?

I think we should have elected board members to work along side Gavin. There will be two votes taking place one for MAB (Metropol Admin Board) to work along side Gavin. Other voting is for 3 Mods to work with Gavin and the other MAB.
Two Jury one chosen by MABs, the other by MODs who will vote for board decisions.

Is that what you mean Nick?

Just so long as the jurors are taken off a regionall list, whilst the MAB and the MODS are first-past-the-post.
Electronic counting will, of course, be a pre-requisite.

14th May
Start your campaigning as to why you should be a MAB. The candidates must not threaten other members to vote for them.
27th May
First round of elections for MAB take place through PM to an Independant Adjudicator. The counts are voted and results delivered at 7pm. The two with the most votes will then go through to the main election in two weeks time.
28th May
Those who want to stand for MOD and Jury can now start campaigning. Jury candidates must contact IA for a Number, this number will be chosen at random by one MOD and one MAB randomly on election night.
10th June Election Day
Same as before, votes to the IA. All counts voted. At 7pm results in and the new MAB is crowned, then the MODS are announced.
At 9pm, they must pick numbers for JURY.
